Riad Lemhachheche
Mobile, CRM and digital assets — twenty years building the layer where customers meet software.
Riad Lemhachheche is the founder of Aequus Money, a digital-assets business, and of Moobil Ventures, his advisory practice at the intersection of mobile apps, CRM and Web3. With over fifteen years of experience he is recognised for driving business growth, leading product strategy and delivering digital solutions for enterprise clients across Europe and the United States.
His work spans mobile marketing automation, omnichannel customer engagement, luxury and retail digital experiences, and, from 2022 to 2025, wallet-level customer engagement for Web3 brands. He holds a Master of Science from Oregon State University, where he researched ubiquitous computing with Intel, and a Master of Science in computer engineering and networking from CPE Lyon.

Career, in order
Aequus Money
A digital-assets business: go-to-market, customer engagement and commercial architecture.
Aequus Money is a business focused on digital assets, bringing together operators, builders and advisors on client mandates.
The work covers go-to-market for digital-asset products and the commercial architecture that connects on-chain activity to conventional CRM and loyalty systems.

Absolute Labs
Led customer engagement and innovation in Web3, NFTs and the metaverse.
Spearheaded the development of Absolute Labs' Wallet Relationship Management and customer engagement platform, focusing on next-generation digital experiences and partnerships.
Delivered projects and built relationships with leading global brands and innovators across luxury, retail and crypto infrastructure.

Moobil Ventures
Enterprise advisory at the intersection of mobile apps, user experience, CRM and omnichannel activation.
Founded in December 2021 to serve enterprise clients with expertise across mobile apps, CRM and omnichannel customer experience.
Engagements include mobile app audits, review and revamp of user journeys across digital touchpoints, new-business and partnership consultancy, customer-success practice design, re-engineering support and business-intelligence advice.
Work is delivered as an engagement rather than a licence: assessment, a written recommendation, then hands-on support through selection and delivery with the client's own teams and vendors.
The practice is built around the integration decisions enterprises make late and by whoever is available — identity, consent, event data, orchestration — taken early instead, in the open, with the commercial consequence stated.

FollowAnalytics
Launched and scaled a mobile marketing automation platform, and the alliances that carried it into the enterprise.
Played a key role in launching and expanding FollowAnalytics, building the solution-engineering function and the partner motion alongside it.
Contributed to securing investment from Orange Digital Ventures in an $11M Series B — bringing total funding to $27M — after Orange evaluated the leading mobile analytics and mobile marketing platforms on the market. Orange then adopted FollowAnalytics for push notification and usage analytics across more than 200 of its own applications.
Drove a strategic alliance with Orange Business Services, negotiating its commercial terms directly, that launched a joint customer engagement solution alongside Salesforce — mobile application development and engagement combining Salesforce CRM with FollowAnalytics' automation, delivered and supported by OBS.
Sat on several MMA France commissions — the Mobile Marketing Association France, now Alliance Digitale — working on carrier billing for the French market.

Clicmobile
Pre-sales, client relations and delivery for the first generation of commercial mobile applications.
Oversaw pre-sales, client relationships and project management, leading teams delivering mobile solutions for major clients and establishing Clicmobile as a pioneer in commercial mobile applications and interactive experiences.
Worked closely with Publicis Net, Publicis 133 and Marcel on high-profile mobile app projects for banking, luxury, media, retail and automotive brands.
Worked on BNP Paribas Mobile (2011), the offer the bank launched with Orange: selected mobile applications reserved for customers on the MVNO plan the bank and the operator ran together — carrier billing and subscriber entitlement, not in-app purchase.

Oregon State University
Research with Intel on the deployment and management of ubiquitous computing environments.
Researched user experience, deployment and management of ubiquitous computing environments — large-scale Wi-Fi networks and personal connectivity management in wireless networking.
Served as a teaching assistant in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, supporting laboratory courses that used the Lego RCX robotics platform to teach foundational computer science.
Four relationships that carried the work

Orange Group
A multi-year, multi-venture relationship — investor, client and channel.

Apple
Flagship enterprise deployments with the Apple enterprise team.

Salesforce / Heroku
Partnership lead across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a joint go-to-market through Heroku.

Publicis Groupe
Campaign and product work with Publicis Net, Publicis 133 and Marcel.

Two strands, twenty years apart
Software-Defined Money
How assets, rails, and markets converge on one programmable stack, and who ends up controlling each layer.
A map of the stack as it stands — from assets, chains and settlement to payment networks, institutional plumbing, tokenized funds, market data, onchain credit and the venues where the two worlds meet. Twenty-three chapters in nine parts; seventy-seven companies, named and placed.
Management and Deployment of Ubiquitous Computing Environment
The research addresses the challenge of designing, deploying and maintaining ubiquitous computing environments, where devices and services are seamlessly integrated into everyday life. It argues that successful Ubicomp design requires a multidisciplinary framework going beyond technology — incorporating social, legal and economic perspectives to improve user experience.
Events and network
84 industry and research events attended since 2005; speaker, moderator, presenter or co-organizer at 12 of them — including Absolute Labs × Magic brunch, NFT Paris 2024, NFT Paris 2023, Tech for Retail 2022, VivaTech 2021, Retmo 2019.
