Professional Experience

  • Absolute Labs
    As VP, Evangelist & Factory, Riad leads customer engagement and innovation in Web3, NFTs, and the Metaverse. He spearheads the development of Absolute Labs’ Customer Engagement platform, focusing on next-generation digital experiences and partnerships.
    Riad has delivered projects and built relationships with leading global brands and innovators, including Louis Vuitton, LVMH, OTB, Tezos, Consensys, Richemont, Crypto.com, Ledger, and The Sandbox.
  • FollowAnalytics
    As co-founder, Head of Presales (Solution Engineering), and Partnership Lead, Riad played a key role in launching and expanding FollowAnalytics, a leading mobile marketing automation platform.
    During his tenure, Riad contributed to securing investment from Orange Digital Ventures during a major funding round, supporting the company’s expansion and product innovation. Orange also became a commercial client, leveraging FollowAnalytics’ mobile marketing automation platform to enhance engagement across its own applications.
    Furthermore, Riad helped drive a strategic alliance with Orange Business Services (OBS), resulting in the launch of a joint customer engagement solution alongside Salesforce. This collaboration provided businesses with a tailored mobile application development and engagement platform, integrating Salesforce’s CRM capabilities with FollowAnalytics’ advanced mobile marketing automation, delivered and supported by Orange Business Services.
    Riad and his team delivered impactful mobile engagement and CRM projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including: Bain Capital, Saks 5th Avenue, Stellantis, TF1, ShowroomPrivé, Somfy, Orchestra, Pimkie, Micromania, Interparfums, BNP Paribas Cardif, Société Générale, LeasePlan, Solocal, Allianz France, and Malakoff Mederic.
  • Clicmobile
    As Technical Director, Riad oversaw pre-sales, client relations, and project management. He led teams in delivering innovative mobile solutions for major clients, establishing Clicmobile as a pioneer in commercial mobile applications and interactive experiences.
    Riad collaborated closely with Publicis Net, Publicis 133, and Marcel on a range of high-profile mobile app projects for prestigious clients, including:

    Riad has developed a multifaceted partnership with Orange Group across several ventures:
    • At FollowAnalytics, Orange Digital Ventures became a strategic investor, supporting company growth and innovation. Orange also adopted FollowAnalytics’ mobile marketing automation platform for its own digital engagement initiatives.
    • Riad helped launch a joint customer engagement solution with Orange Business Services and Salesforce, integrating advanced CRM and mobile marketing automation for enterprise clients.
    • At Clicmobile, Riad led projects with Orange Labs, including the development of mobile NFC and digital ticketing solutions such as M-Stadium.
  • Apple
    Riad partnered with the Apple enterprise team on several flagship digital transformation initiatives:
    • For BNP Paribas, he helped launch the “2 Opéra” flagship concept store in Paris, equipping the branch with iPads and innovative mobile applications to deliver a new, interactive banking experience.
    • For AXA France, he led the deployment of a fleet of over 1,000 iPads for commercial itinerant teams, developing a custom app directly connected to Salesforce CRM. This solution featured financial simulators, digital signature capabilities, and real-time contract management and synchronization, empowering AXA’s teams with advanced mobile tools for productivity and customer engagement.

    As Partnership Lead, Riad delivered numerous projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in CRM, omnichannel strategy, and user experience. He worked closely with Salesforce and Heroku, helping enterprise clients in e-commerce, customer portals, and B2B apps unlock the full potential of cloud platforms and CRM solutions.

    During his time at Oregon State University, Riad conducted research in collaboration with Intel, focusing on user experience and the deployment and management of ubiquitous computing environments, particularly large-scale Wi-Fi networks and personal connectivity management in wireless networking. His work contributed to advancing how users interact with pervasive digital systems.
